The Role

We’re adding Plant Operators at our Newport, Tennessee facility. This is a hands-on role forsomeone who likes running a process — and keeping it running well.

What you'll do

• Run daily plant operations — measuring and loading reagents and feedstock, collectingsamples, and operating equipment to procedure.
• Keep the plant clean, organized, and well-maintained, including materials handling and tailingsdisposal.
• Track reagent, consumable, and spare-parts supply so operations don’t stall.
• Support pilot testing, record data, and write up technical reports.
• Work to our technical and safety standards at all times
• Perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance; flag irregularities to supervisors.

Schedule: To confirm with Emily — Monday–Friday, or shift work includingevenings/weekends
Location: Newport, TN

What we're looking for

• Plant operations experience — monitoring processes and following standard operatingprocedures.
• Machine operation and basic maintenance of production equipment.
• Quality control practice: inspections, testing, and accurate recordkeeping.
• Safe forklift operation and material handling, with attention to load limits and site safety.
• A strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental standards.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions, schedules, and safety documentation.
• Teamwork, communication, and problem-solving in a plant environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in manufacturing, metals recovery, orchemical processing is an asset.
